Having THREE key messages, and scripting all your communications around these messages, will help you stay focused and make sure you get to the point! Having clarity of message, is key to increasing sales, cutting through the noise, and being seen as a knowledgeable professional. Yet way to few people take the time to figure out who they are speaking to and the three key messages they want their audience to know.
Before you give your next presentation, write a report or speak at a meeting, I want you to write out your three key messages. What are the three key points of information you want your audience to know? Make sure these are written in a way that you speak and would connect with your audience.
